How do I change my personal information on my PayPal Cashback Mastercard, PayPal Extras Mastercard, or eBay Extras Mastercard?

There are 3 ways to change your personal information on your PayPal Extras Mastercard. You can do so by accessing your credit summary page, on your monthly billing statement, by writing or calling us at the dedicated contacts.

Here’s how to change your Extras Mastercard personal information from a web browser:

1. Log in to your Extras Mastercard account.
2. Click Profile.
3. Click Edit Extras Mastercard Profile.
4. Confirm your identity.
5. Make the required changes.
6. Click Update Extras Mastercard Profile.

You can also contact Customer Service at the numbers below or write in at the address provided on the back of your statement to make changes to your information. 

For PayPal Cashback Mastercard, you will need to call customer service to make changes to your personal information.
