Why has PayPal deactivated my account?

We strive to provide our customers with seamless and user-friendly services. Unfortunately, sometimes, we are unable to offer services to an account for various reasons, including local laws, our policies, or the policies of our partners.

We regularly review accounts and transaction activity to ensure that any activity conducted on our platform is consistent with PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy and other risk-based activities. In certain circumstances, we may decide to part ways with a customer, as permitted under the PayPal User Agreement. These are tough decisions that we must make to protect the PayPal system and our users.
