When your PayPal account is limited, some features may be unavailable, affecting your ability to send and receive money.

Here's how to learn what you can do with your account while it's limited:

  1. Go to your Dashboard.
  2. Click the "Notifications" icon at the top of the page.
  3. Click Learn how to remove this limitation.
